Terri Baker was nice enough to refer Ken to me so I could address all of the issues going on at his home. Several areas of wood rott occuring as you can see in the photos above. Dry rotten cedar siding was replaced with new siding. After membrane roof was replaced water stains were on the 30 foot ceilings next to skylight and had to be primed with an kilz 2 oil based primer and painted the whole house with a semi gloss latex paint. all trim and doors had to be primed with a latex primer as well to cover the original oil based paint before being sprayed with a semi gloss latex paint. All painting was completed with a 6 foot spray extension for ceilings, a 24 inch extenstion for walls and 15, 9, and 2 inch spray tips with the use of a paint sheild, not to mention a pump roller attachment to paint all bathrooms(brush work was minimal).

I want to thank Ken for allowing me to work in his home and is an outstanding gentleman not to mention very hospitable! I want to also give an extra special thanks to the number 1 realtor in Norfolk, Va "Terri Baker!".
